MyEasy25
Frequently Asked Questions

What is a forced matrix?
Simply put, a forced matrix places participants in the next available position. There are no legs to build. No downlines to worry about.

Can I have more than one position?
Yes, you can have as many positions as you want
and feel you can manage.
You can use the same computer, email address and
password for each account, but the user names must be different.

Why do I have to enter the same cycle again?
This gifting activity is for the benefit of all, not just the ones who get
in first. Re-entries help by allowing new participants to receive
and be blessed too.

Do I need an email address?
Yes, you must have an email address. The email address is what the
software requires for placement and notification.
If you are managing more than one account, the email addresses
and passwords can be the same but the user names must be different
for each account created.

Can I change my email address?
Yes, send an email to emailchange@MyEasy25.com
Please provide your user name and password along with
your new email address.

Do I need a home computer and internet connection?

You will need regular and easy access to a computer and the internet.
Using a friends or neighbors computer can be an option.

Is gifting legal?
Yes. If you choose to give of your own free will, it is legal.
Can you imagine if gifting was illegal how busy the police would
be on Sunday morning. They would be at all the churches arresting members who gave a gift in the church collection plate!
Men, women and children would all go to jail!
It is legal to gift individuals as well as charitable institutions.

Can I send my gift in the mail?
It is legal to send money(cash) in the mail however, it is highly
recommended to send Postal Money orders and Visa/MC gift cards by Priority mail.
Using the mail service has risks so please use Priority mail. It utilizes
a tracking system. (See gifting instructions.)

Where can I get flyers and advertising?

Members who would like to order a Personalized Flyer Package for the
www.myeasy25.com activity can send request to:
Ben Vircant at bvircant@verizon.net .

The package contains 9 pages of very informative material of the activity.
A small donation is appreciated to help defer
expenses.

Can I make my own promotional materials?
Yes, however, any promotional material must be approved by
My Easy25 administration before distrubution.
Send request to
promo@MyEasy25.com

How much will it cost to be a member of this program?
One-time out-of-pocket $25 gift and a one-time $2.36 software fee
paid  through PayPal.

What if I don't have a PayPal account or money in my
PayPal account?
We have a fund set up for this purpose. If you are in need of financial assistance,
send an email to:
  fee@MyEasy25.com
Provide your name and phone number, and we will contact you.

How do I give my gift?
It is an arrangement made between YOU and the person you are gifting. However, we STRONGLY suggest you do NOT send cash!
(See next question and gifting instructions for more information.)

Do you recommend any online payment processors?
Yes, Solid Trust Pay (www.SolidTrustPay.com) and AlertPay  (www.Alertpay.com) are worldwide.
If you live in the United States, we suggest using Revolution Money Exchange  www.RevolutionMoneyExchange.com.   RME is just like
PayPal, but there are no fees.
Others include Green Dot Cards, Walmart Cards, OBOpay and
many others!
Please contact your inviter
to see if
he/she is a member of any of these programs.
You both may be eligible for a referral fee.

What do I do after I give my gift?
Please read all of the information on our webpage www.myeasy25.com/matrix.   Once you have done so, promote
to everyone you know.  Keep it simple.  All anyone has to do is bless someone with $25 and pay the $2.36 software fee.
Although no sponsoring is required to receive,  my easy25
will grow faster with new members, as well as the requirement
to re-enter each level over and over.

How soon will I start receiving my gifts?
We cannot give a timeframe as when you will start receiving
gifts. There are too many variables to consider including how
fast you are confirmed by your receiver, how many members there
are in each level, how fast they are being confirmed and how fast
you actually send your gift.

How do I know the gift I sent was received/confirmed?
When the giftee receives and confirms your gift, you will
find a new matrix number in your back office. Look in your
back office, go to "my matrix"  and  click on  active matrix.
You will see a four digit number on the
left side of the screen under the appropriate level.
You will know when you are to start receiving gifts
when you either get phone calls or emails asking you to confirm
or see them in your back office on the same page.
This is where you also confirm.

What if I do not know anyone or cannot get anyone to join?
This is not a problem as sponsoring is not required.

Can I bring in family members?
Yes as long as they are 18 or older.

Can I join at any level?
No, the only entry level is level one,
the $25 level.

    Is Cash Gifting Legal?
In researching this activity, it is important to keep in mind
there is not a book  which tells you what is legal in our society, only
what is not legal.  (This is true for every country around the world, which participates in Gifting).  If you do your research online, you are
going to see there is really nothing which says cash gifting is illegal.
Most of the time, it is people expressing their personal opinions, not facts.  After years of experience and thorough research, no one has been able to show us ANY law in black and white stating giving a cash gift is illegal.
In fact, we learned both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets.  Many other countries participating in cash gifting also have very similar gifting laws.  In the United States, we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.  The United States gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.  Go to
www.irs.gov to read the information.  During 2009, in the United States of America, the law states one or more individuals can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $13,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.  Even with this exemption, you can still receive unlimited amount of cash gifts at any level.  So giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or a stranger, is legal according to IRS code.
Again, there is no specific nation-wide law I have been able to
find to say gifting is not legal.

Is this a pyramid?
Not at all!  A pyramid is often associated with an investment scheme, a company, or a business.  We are not a company, just a private gifting activity.  We have zero sales quotas, and we do not sell positions.
A pyramid never allows anyone coming in on the bottom to ever reach the top.  Everyone here gives the same gifts, works together as a team and receives the same gifts.  In a pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom ever reach the top.  In a pyramid, people can and have lost their money.  A pyramid is also not to be confused with “Network Marketing.”  Although Network Marketing is a legal and viable source of income, when was the last time you, or anyone you know, was able to start at the bottom of the company and reach the top position?  NEVER!  We are neither a networking company nor a pyramid scheme.
THIS IS NOT A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME!

Can I lose my money if I participate in MyEasy25?
Not if you truly gift someone.  (See The Energy of Money so you
will understand what giving a gift really means. It can be found
on our log-in page.)

What if I enroll a person without access to a computer/email?  How do they receive information?
It is the responsibility of the person who invited them to call them with updates, and make certain gifts are sent and confirmed.

If I have technical issues regarding MyEasy25, whom do I contact?
Please send an email to support@myeasy25.com

REMINDER:  When speaking about My Easy25, always use the words BLESS or GIFT.  Never use paying or paid as it implies a "for profit" business, which we are not.
